These terms apply to your use of this website and to any website design, development, or support services you purchase from Forge Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, engaging our services, or checking the agreement box when you submit a form on this site, you agree to them.
We provide website design and development, conversion optimization, local SEO setup, and ongoing hosting/support ("Care Plan") as described on this site. The scope, timeline, and price for a specific project are agreed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
Project pricing is flat and provided in writing. Full payment is due upfront before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope, or additional rounds of revisions beyond what was agreed, may incur additional fees agreed in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed, two rounds of design changes are included per project. Additional revision rounds can be priced separately.
You're responsible for providing the content (text, photos, logins, and approvals) needed to complete the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may delay the project timeline accordingly.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the content and design created specifically for your business — your copy, your branding, and the unique layout built for you. Forge Digital retains ownership of, and the right to reuse across other clients' projects, any reusable components, templates, code patterns, and internal tools used to build your site that weren't created uniquely for you. Any third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, or code libraries used remain subject to their own licenses.
The monthly Care Plan (hosting, backups, updates, and content edits) is billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with notice by email. Canceling hosting may require moving your site to different hosting; we'll help coordinate that.
Growth projects include a free 2-month trial of the Care Plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically continues at the then-current monthly rate ($249.99/mo as of this writing) and your card on file will be charged. You can cancel at any time, including during the trial, at no charge for any period you haven't used.
We build sites to be fast, findable, and easy to act on, but we can't guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or search rankings — those also depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and how the site is maintained after launch.
To the extent permitted by law, Forge Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including lost profits or data, beyond the amount you paid us for the relevant project.
Our sites may rely on third-party infrastructure (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or form/analytics tools). We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
